As a NYS BAITFISH certified preventability expert, I differentiated myself from other defense litigators. For my clients, I managed the scenes of their catastrophic motor vehicle collisions and was bothered by the number of them that never should have happened, let alone go to trial.
What most people don’t appreciate is that the majority of collisions don’t happen because of something on the roadway, the root of the problem really began much earlier.
